Levi is a convert to the Catholic faith (2007), a husband, and father of 3 children. He is an Associate Teaching Professor in the School of Business at the University of Kansas. He teaches managerial economics and foundations in business. Levi’s research is in Catholic Social Teaching, political economy, and the economics of risk.
A former libertarian, Levi began to see the importance of Catholic Social Teaching thanks to the work of, and dedicates his research to, Fr. Heinrich Pesch, SJ and Dr. Rupert Ederer.
Sergio A. Ferreira
Fellow in Housing Policy
Sergio is a cradle Catholic, a husband, and father of 2 adult children. He is an affordable housing finance professional with three decades of industry experience and counsel to national actors such as HUD, Ginnie Mae, and the US Treasury’s Federal Financing Bank on housing programs and policy. His research interest is in the areas of housing and tax policies as viewed through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching. He holds an AB in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
